Redesign of the glispa website was a challenging project involving members of the network and agency teams at glispa. I worked on several drafts of a html based website, moving the design away from an ambiguous flash-based site (first and second image, below). The aim was to refresh the website, improving the navigation, and to add new sections that could be easily updated.

glispa's branding is based around an American-Indian theme which is matched in its suite of icons. I chose to make these icons a focal point, providing a stronger identity for each section of the site. Photography, with emphasis on portraits, became a good way to personalise the site, showing both the glispa staff and working environment online.
